Juli Pitra has been investing in Texas Real Estate since 2015 through a local REI in Dallas. Through that she has invested passively, including as a Key Principal, in multi-family properties. While those ventures were extremely profitable, Juli sought to become more in control of her investments, which led to her investing in single family, multi-family and commercial properties individually as well as becoming a REALTOR to facilitate those transactions.
Prior to becoming an investor, Juli was a stay-at-home wife and mother. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology as well as an MBA in Finance and Operations from the Olin School of Business. Before marrying, Juli worked in the electrical power and process controls industries.
Currently, Juli assists other investors acquire turn-key projects by locating distressed single family properties and turning them into revenue-producing properties. This enables Juli to provide assistance at every step, from acquiring distressed properties, to remodeling them to become quality rental homes and ending with finding suitable tenants - a truly turnkey investor experience!
