Juli Pitra
Founder and CEO of Jirsak Management Inc.
Juli Pitra has been investing in Texas Real Estate since 2015 through a local REI in Dallas. She began in multi-family properties as a passive investor, including as a Key Principal. While those ventures were extremely profitable, Juli sought to become more in control of her investments, which led to her investing in single family homes, other multi-family and commercial properties through joint ventures. Additionally, Juli is also a Texas REALTOR®, serving Clients as well as facilitating her own transactions.
Prior to becoming an investor, Juli was a stay-at-home wife and mother for almost 20 years. (Never too late to change occupations!!) Before marrying, Juli worked in the electrical power and process controls industries and has a Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, plus an MBA in Finance and Operations from the Olin School of Business.
Currently, Juli assists other investors acquire projects by locating potentially revenue-producing real estate and helping find suitable tenants - a truly turnkey investor experience!
Chimere Winton

Chimere developed a passion for real estate after purchasing her first home. In partnership with Jirsak Management, Chimere has had the opportunity to turn that passion into the desire to help investors not only acquire single family properties but also find quality tenants for their newly invested rental properties!
As the REALTOR ® partner with Jirsak Management, Inc., Chimere helps secure tenants that provide the stable revenue portion of an Investment Real Estate portfolio. Her designation as a Pricing Strategy Advisor proves she is awesome at negotiating lease contracts as well as suggesting optimal rent pricing.Her designation as a Texas Affordable Housing Specialist gives greater insight into the needs of those not ready for homeownership who could make ideal tenants.
Prior to becoming a REALTOR, Chimere worked in the Hotel industry for 13 years. She has earned Bachelor's degrees in both Business Administration and Management Science from Tuskegee University!
David Brown
Project Manager
David Brown has worked within the hospitality industry for fifteen years and as Comptroller for the last five. Currently David serves JMI Clients by managing remodeling projects, sourcing new purchase opportunities and property management assistance.
David has an undergraduate Mechanical Engineering Degree from the University of Colorado and a Masters of Professional Studies in Corporate Communication from the University of Denver. An entrepreneur at heart, David has owed several different businesses, including an automobile sales business as well as managing his real estate portfolio in Colorado.
Hannah Fatima Sonza
Executive Assistant
Hannah Fatima Sonza has worked as an executive assistant for over two years. She supports the JMI team by calendar and event scheduling, marketing, and coordinating efforts between team members.
Currently, Hannah is pursuing her Civil Engineering degree at the Mindanao State University - General Santos City, Philippines. Her experience as a virtual assistant has equipped her with the ability to collaborate effectively with others, leveraging technology and communication tools to maintain open lines of communication with the team.
